OpenBox AI Selected for the Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab London 2026 Cohort
Advancing AI governance alongside the world's leading financial institutions - as part of the FIL London 2026 cohort.

OpenBox AI has been selected as part of the FinTech Innovation Lab London 2026 cohort - one of the most competitive programmes in financial services innovation, connecting early-stage companies with 45+ of the world's leading financial institutions.
With over 300 global applicants and an acceptance rate of under 5%, selection into FIL26 represents meaningful validation of the problem OpenBox is solving and the approach we have taken to solving it.
AI Governance in Financial Services
Financial institutions operate under some of the most demanding regulatory frameworks in the world - and as AI agents become embedded in their workflows, the governance requirements around those agents are becoming increasingly specific. Regulators under frameworks like the EU AI Act, MAS, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001 are asking financial institutions to demonstrate how their AI systems make decisions, what controls are in place, and how those decisions are recorded.
Most organisations deploying agents today have no way to enforce policy before decisions take effect, no cryptographic record of agent actions that would hold up to regulatory scrutiny, and no mechanism for human oversight built into the execution layer. That is precisely where OpenBox operates.
How OpenBox Addresses This
OpenBox is the trust platform for agentic AI. It governs AI agents at the point of execution - enforcing policy, verifying agent identity, and producing cryptographic audit trails before actions take effect. Every agent action is evaluated in real time, every decision is recorded, and human oversight is built into the execution layer rather than added as an afterthought.
The platform is built for the compliance requirements that regulated environments demand - supporting the EU AI Act, MAS, ISO 42001, ISO 27001, and more, with audit-ready evidence generated automatically at every stage of agent execution. For organisations in financial services, this means governance infrastructure that meets the scrutiny of regulators, boards, and enterprise counterparties. Explore the docs
Why this matters
The FIL26 programme places us in direct conversation with the institutions navigating the governance challenge in real time. That means:
Real feedback from organisations operating under the most demanding regulatory frameworks in the world
Direct exposure to the compliance and risk requirements financial institutions are bringing to AI agent deployment
The opportunity to refine and prove OpenBox's approach where the stakes are highest
What comes next
The programme kicks off in April 2026. Over the coming months we will be working alongside the Lab's partner institutions and mentors to deepen our understanding of the enterprise governance landscape and accelerate our impact in regulated environments.
This is exactly the kind of validation we have been building toward - and we are grateful to the Accenture FinTech Innovation Lab London team for the opportunity.
